Spring is here! Buds are breaking open and nature is waking up from its winter slumber. This signals the start of lawn maintenance for the growing season. Here are some tips to help you keep your lawn looking its best. Aerate your lawn in the spring to help alleviate any compaction issues you may have. This also helps water and air get to the roots of your turf. After aeration, top dress with a fine grade compost to replenish and bolster the organic matter in the soil. Once your grass begins to grow, the next stage of lawn maintenance begins. Regular watering and consistent mowing will be the ticket to a great lawn.
