Bubble Egg

A Hong Kong street food favorite has made its way to Clutch City and Houstonians everywhere are rejoicing. Once the waffle is cooked it is shaped into a cone and topped with ice cream and toppings. In addition to standard ice cream flavors, enjoy one of the unusual offerings such as Red Bean, Superman, Eskimo Kiss and Banana Pudding. The bubble waffle can also be customized with regular, matcha, chocolate flavors and there is even a bacon and cheese option. This decadent dessert will make your Valentine say, YES!
